公司对经销商加盟要求:

Requirements for Distributor Franchise:

1 有开拓市场、推广品牌的能力，有当地人际脉络关系。

Capable of market development and brand promotion, with local social connections.

2 懂经营，有自己的理念和方法，能与我公司文化协调发展。

 Business‑savvy with independent management concepts and methodologies, and able to grow in alignment with our corporate culture.

3 有经济实力。

   Possess sound financial strength.

4 专职经理人。

   Assign full‑time management personnel.

5 有固定的营业场所，包括门市仓库 等 ，有完备的办公设备。

   Have fixed business premises including showrooms and warehouses, as well as complete office equipment.

经销商设置流程:

Distributor Authorization Process:

1 初步接触，相互了解。

  Initial contact for mutual understanding.

2 若有初步意向，则可到厂参观，加深了解。

    Plant tour is available for parties with preliminary interest to deepen mutual understanding.

3 若达成共识，则填写经销计划书，并提供公司相关资料以备案。公司对经销商进行全面、细致的正规培训，之后试销开始。

   Upon consensus, complete the distributor business plan and submit relevant corporate documents for filing. The Company will provide comprehensive and 

   standardized training for distributors before trial sales launch.

4 试销三个月若达成目标则签定购销合同，期限一年，期满续签。

   A one‑year purchase‑sales contract will be signed if trial‑sales targets are achieved within three months; contract renewal is available upon expiry.

5 公司保证不直销。

   The Company guarantees no direct sales to end‑customers.
